today i bought the 50th anniversary edition of William S Burroughs' The Naked Lunch. I've been meaning to read it for ages and never have, now is my chance!. It is in a case (not a cage as i was told by my columbian friend) and the edge of the pages are black. Several of my friends have told me that they tried to read it but had some trouble, so i am going to give it a go. I've seen the film and I know what Burroughs writing is like. Wish me luck!

Adele is an Adelaide based arts writer and curator. She is a founding director of Grid Projects ARI and previously worked as the Assistant Curator at JamFactory. She is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Art History at the University of Adelaide. She has curated a number of exhibitions in Adelaide, including Bloom Space at the Australian Experimental Art Foundation.
